- March 21, 2018鈥婣BSN student Julia Sisson was recently awarded the Lisa Day Scholarship Award in the amount of $1,000 to support the dissemination of her scholarly work entitled "Let's Talk 色戒直播 Sex -- An Interactive Workshop for Healthcare Providers and Students" at the 2018 SYNChronicity Conference in Arlington, Virginia. The scholarship award was presented to Sisson by Sigma Theta Tau, Beta Epsilon Chapter.

- March 21, 2018Nursing Students Without Borders (NSWB) would like to thank the faculty, staff and students who contributed to their Valentine's Day Fundraiser. Candy-grams with lovable characters like the "Hippa" Hippo and beautiful notes hand written by students were purchased by students and faculty. Nearly $600 was raised for Curamericas-Guatemala birthing centers in the remote highlands of Huehuetenango.
- December 4, 2017The 色戒直播 University Board of Trustees on Saturday approved plans for constructing a new 102,000-square foot facility that will connect to the 色戒直播 Christine Siegler Pearson Building. The new building will house 色戒直播鈥檚 School of Nursing, the School of Medicine鈥檚 Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, and Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Construction is scheduled to start this month and be completed in the fall of 2019.

Research Center Core Infrastructure Support
One goal of the strategic plan is to develop an infrastructure that fosters research faculty mentorship and development to be competitive for NIH level funding. The Chancellor鈥檚 grant allowed the creation of four new, full鈥恡ime positions to expand the services and level of support offered to DUSON research scientists. Recruitment began in Spring of 2017 and is now complete; all positions are filled and orientation is accomplished.Pagination
